    The scalping system uses the Shi Chanel indicator which is equipped with a news filter.
    this is a demo version not for BT, because it uses news filters .. please review ..
    If it's good, I'll put out a trial version ... if it doesn't fit, just throw it away.

    Your Zipped folder (.rar) above gives one expert (EA) and 1 New Indicator. I think you would also need the SHI true Channel indicator which has to be installed in your MT4 indicators folder and then after refreshing indicators (or closing and restarting MT4), you can drag the indicator onto the chart. (IT should show in indicators list for that chart - Just click on chart, and do a Ctrl+I to check if the indicator is attached to the chart).

    for the shi channel indicator it is already coded in the ea ... so without the indicator itself ea can be run..just requires a news indicator ,,
