Using the Williams Percent Range (available on the MT4 oscillator)
The WPR 9 fast filter over SloW WPR 54 uses the -70 and -30 levels.
Some traders use WPR, such as stochastic, while others use PR as an opportunity gap
Buy when the price breaks the upper level of WPR 9. WPR 54 should also break -30
Sell when the price break below WPR 9 Level -70, filtered by WPR 54, should also break through -70
Time interval for scalping-M1,
if it goes wrong and the WPR is opposite to the position, just reduce the loss and add lots (martingale)
